STOXX offers two families of dividend indices with different methodologies catering to different client needs:

STOXX Select Dividend Indices:

These indices include the highest dividend yielding stocks relative to their home markets and are available for global and regional markets. Companies are selected and weighted solely on the basis of historical dividend payments.

STOXX Maximum Dividend Indices:

These indices aim to maximize the dividend yield of the index portfolio on a short-term basis and are available for global and regional markets. They represent companies with the highest expected dividend yield, based on 3-month dividend forecasts. Components are weighted according to their expected liquidity-adjusted dividend yield.
