The iSTOXX Germany Real Estate Capped 20 index is designed to provide a representation of publicly-traded real estate securities, measuring the performance of the top real estate companies and Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs), Listed Property Trusts (LPTs), and Real Estate Holding & Development stocks in Germany as defined by the Industry Classification Benchmark (ICB). The indices are derived from the STOXX® Global Total Market.
