iSTOXX^® PPF Responsible SDG

The iSTOXX PPF Responsible SDG Index is designed to target increased exposure to securities in Developed Markets which positively contribute to the achievement of the UN Sustainable Development Goals 3 (Good Health and Well-Being), 7 (Affordable and Clean Energy), 11 (Sustainable Cities and Communities), 12 (Responsible Consumption and Production) and 13 (Climate Action). The index excludes companies on the Philips Pensioenfonds public exclusion list, as well as companies whose products and services significantly obstruct the clean energy and climate goals without setting ambitious science-based targets. Companies whose products and services detract from the other targeted goals are held at no more than their benchmark weight. The weighting of constituent securities is determined through an optimization process that minimizes deviation from the benchmark while requiring increased exposure to securities aligned with the targeted SDGs.
