Select Dividend Indices
The global STOXX Select Dividend index family offers
investors the ideal tool to track high-dividend-yielding companies
and to participate in their respective dividend payouts. On a
global level, the STOXX Select Dividend indices cover
the Americas, Europe and Asia/Pacific as a whole. On a regional
level the index family provides access to the Americas, Europe,
Asia/Pacific, the Eurozone, the Nordic and the EU Enlarged region,
reflecting the performance of the highest-yielding stocks relative
to their home markets.
Two factors make this index family unique and innovative compared
to conventional index concepts: companies are selected on the basis
of dividend criteria and the weighting of the companies in the
indices is purely based on dividends.
The STOXX Select Dividend indices are licensed to financial
institutions to serve as underlyings for a wide range of products such
as Exchange Traded Funds (ETFs) and Structured Products.
