Tradable indices for fixed-income bonds

The Deutsche Börse EUROGOV Germany index family comprises five selection indices and the EUROGOV® Germany Money Market Index, which are all calculated in both total return and price return versions. All indices are calculated using ICE reference data and ICE pricing data and track the German market for fixed-income government bonds denominated in euros.

The five Deutsche Börse EUROGOV Germany selection indices cover different maturity classes and each contains a maximum of 15 liquid government bonds. The weighting of the bonds in the index is based on their market capitalization. The maximum weighting of a bond is limited to 25 percent. The composition of the EUROGOV selection indices is reviewed on a quarterly basis.
